Challenge

Expanding Azure support globally required more than opening new locations. Delivery sites needed a consistent operating model, clear policies, repeatable processes, and execution tools capable of working across the Azure resource and service layers.

Without that shared foundation, scale could create fragmented practices and inconsistent customer outcomes.

02

Approach

Led the launch of two global Azure support delivery sites and built the operational foundation required to run them. Defined directives, policies, and core processes that translated service expectations into repeatable execution.

Developed operational tools that connected with the Azure Resource Manager layer and Azure services, giving support teams a more direct and consistent way to execute service workflows.

What changed

Established two operational delivery sites supporting thousands of Azure customers with a shared model for service execution.

The combination of standardized operating practices and ARM-connected tools created a scalable foundation for consistent support delivery across teams and Azure services.

Why it matters

Scaled Azure support through two global delivery sites, standardized operations, and execution tooling connected to the Azure control plane.
